VM Lightweight Components

SIMPLE should be able to deploy non-containerized lightweight components as well. i.e The deploy step should be able to leverage just configuration management tools to configure a host machine to work with the rest of the system composed of VM's and containers.

A use case is for HTCondor submit nodes for local users at a grid site. They should be able to submit to the HTCondor-Batch container without having to get inside a submit container (adding an extra step for every submission) or having to ssh inside the container through a separate port.
