Pin/freeze month row in expenses/income tabs

Description

At the moment, the months are all the way at the top of the expenses table, which by default is very long, so it can be a hassle remembering which column corresponds to which month, and having to scroll all the way back up to check.

Solution

Keep the month (and potentially total) top rows pinned/frozen to the view, so that when you scroll down the table, you can still see them.
