I've seen too many accidential publishes where alpha/beta is published on latest dist-tag, I think it's time to change the default behaviour to reject such versions by default:

NAME OLD   NEW        AGE     INFO
diff 5.2.0 6.0.0-beta 30 mins https://github.com/kpdecker/jsdiff
