After merging silverstripe/silverstripe-elemental#1268 there's now an issue as the old method no longer exists

1) SilverStripe\LinkField\Tests\Form\AbstractLinkFieldTest::testElementalNamespaceRemoved
Error: Call to undefined method DNADesign\Elemental\Controllers\ElementalAreaController::removeNamespacesFromFields()
