No indication a page/file is part of a campaign

The current UI doesn't provide any indication a file or page is part of a campaign. It only tells you once you in the "add to campaign" modal.

A case of MVP, and not following through to completing the design because of limited time. I wouldn't even know if the design still exists for it now though. From memory a campaign icon was on the top right of pages/blocks etc and it changed colour when it was being used. The icon provides a dropdown with a list of campaigns it belongs to and an action to add it to a new campaign. At the time adding the action to the "more options" dropdown was the MVP.

I thought the Used On tab of a file was sufficient to show which campaign a file belonged to at the time. Now I think it should act the same as pages and blocks.

If this issue gets picked up also consider grid field items too.
