IPA and Phonetic characters missing #3

The following symbols are used by phoneticians working with the IPA:

⸨double parentheses⸩

double slash⫽

⟪double angle brackets⟫

The five Unicode code points are:

U+2E28 Left double parenthesis
U+2E29 Right double parenthesis
U+2AFD Double solidus operator
U+27EA Mathematical left double angle bracket (z notation left chevron bracket)
U+27EB Mathematical right double angle bracket (z notation right chevron bracket)

These are not in the current Doulos font as of March 2023.
