Should this repository be archived?

It looks like the up-to-date version of this library has been moved to the Android app repository, https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Android/tree/master/libsignal/service. If that's the case, then this repository should probably be archived to reduce confusion. If not, then there should probably be some clarification as to the difference between these two codebases.

this code is definitely deprecated and not working,
if there is only an android project then how can we send signal messages from server side ?
