Search is case sensitive when looking up contacts/groups with cyrillic symbols

Bug Description

Search queries for chats are case sensitive for cyrillic symbols (see screenshots below). Surpisingly searching in messages does not have such problem

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create group named 'Тест' (translates to 'Test')
2. Enter 'тест' into Search field

Actual Result:

'Тест' group is not in candidates list

Expected Result:

'Тест' group is in candidates list

Screenshots

Results for both search queries should include тест and Тестовая группа.
