Group Chat Doesn't work on Linux

Bug Description

Try to create a group chat. Receive error message:

This group couldn’t be created. Check your connection and try again.

Connection is fine, everything else works.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a group chat with 2 or more people.
See error message.

Actual Result:

This group couldn’t be created. Check your connection and try again.

Expected Result:

I would expect the group to be created and work.

Same issue, different ui. Same error message.

I can't reproduce this too. Created a new group with the Desktop-Application with one contact (2 with myself)

• Signal Version: 5.31.1 production
• OS: ZorinOS 15.3 - Base system: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
