Feature request: Notifications settings per contact

Currently we can set global notifications settings.

It would be nice to be able to set them per contact. Then we could turn off all notifications from certain people (who spam us). Even to the extent of not seeing that we have new messages from them, so we can check at leisure

I don't have any ETAs to share on any feature requests, I was just wondering if that particular feature request would cover your use case, or if you additionally wanted another feature request on top of it.
