Signal messenger on the Desktop causes key problem messages #3041

Steps to reproduce:

when I create a message on the Desktop Version I receive a message from me on the Mobile version stating "Kein Schlüssel für diesen Kontakt vorhanden".
Before I upgraded the Signal on the desktop Version this message was sent to my contacts as well.

Platform Info:
Signal Version on IOS: 2.32.2.0
Signal Desktop: v1.19.0 (after I have upgraded, see above)
Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.16299 Build 16299
