change position of popup notification

Signal popup notification appear in the top right corner, my OS puts the Title-bar buttons minimize, maximize, and close in the top right corner as well.
So when i get lots of signal messages it's hard to interact with a maximized window.

It would be nice if there was a setting for changing the position of the popup notifications so i could put them in the lower right corner or the top left corner.

In general notifications are an OS-level thing, and the OS decides where to put them. What OS/window manager are you on?

I use Signal on Linux Mint with cinnamon, i didn't think it was decided by the OS though since Telegrams popup notifications for example appear in the lower right corner.
