Picture-in-picture: windows does not disappear after call ends

Bug description

Simple. Call yourself on Android with picture-in-picture mode enabled. After the call times-out, the picture-in-picture floating window does not disappear, and will sit there indefinitely. Pretty sure someone forgot to remove the picture-in-picture after call ends.
