Cannot login after re-install app

Bug description

I noticed some problems with sending/recieving messages on Signal and decided do uninstall and re-install the app. After thar, I can't login anymore. It asks my phone number to send the 6-figure code, but it says it can't conect to send this code, even though the phone number is correct. After trying several times, I was "blocked" for 4,5 hours of trying to login again. I tried to login connected on wi-fi, on mobile internet, with VPN off and on, and it didn't work. I didn't do anythig wrong and I don't know how to reconnect to my account. Please, I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance
