Goal

We have a feature list, on which we list every service we maintain. It has been a while since we updated the list and therefore we are missing some.

Context

From what I see we are missing the following services:

Surplus Auctions
Bidding with DAI flow
Notification Service

Tasks

Discuss texts for the missing services
add them to the feature list
