Clean up the auction investigation script

Goal:
Transform auction investigation script into clean mergable PR

Context:
Due to the speed of events during the last week we created a barebone script. It allowed us to investigate auction participation via take events and callee usage in particular.

You can find the PR with the script here: #260

With this issue we want to clean up this PR and bring in into a state that is mergeable so that we can use the script in the future as well.

Tasks:

• Clean up Count callee transactions #260
• Bring it into a state that meets our code quality standards in order to get it merged
