Crash when cancelling authorization in web view. #242

When I call the method

InstagramEngine.sharedEngine().receivedValidAccessTokenFromURL(url, error: nil)

and pass a nil as an error pointer the app crashes on line 165 of the InstagramEngine.m if the user taps cancel instead of authorize in a web view.

*error = [NSError errorWithDomain:InstagramKitErrorDomain
                             code:InstagramKitAuthenticationFailedError
                         userInfo:@{NSLocalizedDescriptionKey: localizedDescription}];
