In the recent times Yoga has become much popular to handle different types illnesses and body pains. Post pandemic we have seen rise in depression, anxiety and mental health problems. Yoga is the best way to deal and normalise the stress in the first place and also the first tool to deal with any type of body pains.
In this repository I have created simple recoomender system for Yoga that will guide new users to follow the practice of Yoga. I have also designed computer vision code to track your Yoga pose with PoseNet.
