Add a button to quick create a color

Add a "+ Add" button to quick create a color

I'm also working on this one https://github.com/shiraji/color-manager/tree/add_color . However, one thing I'm concern about is where it should put color tag. If there is colors.xml or color.xml, then it will be easy. But in case, there is no colors.xml, then this plugin ask user create or set resource file.

By default colors.xml is in android res... or just add field to Settings
