This needs to get automated so that we always renew for api.shift2bikes.org

this kinda feels like we automated it. At least, I don't remember running it manually after this and it would have been needed 2x now by my count (Oct/Jan).

@sdobz have you renewed it manually on the AWS instance in the meantime? If not we should close this.

this will keep happening every 3 months and cause 500's in the calendar API calls (== no calendar events shown on the webpage). Not sure why the crontab doesn't work :(

Fix is running this: cd /opt/shift-docs && sudo /opt/shift-docs/services/nginx/certbot.sh
