Feature Use Case

After merging this PR #297, I tested that webpack-manifest-plugin can be used in rspack.

However, I noticed that this repository has not released a new version for a long time. Therefore, is there a plan to release a new version? This would help us to use webpack-manifest-plugin in rspack.

For Rspack users, the workaround is to use the forked rspack-manifest-plugin
