I don't see any problem in the screenshot you sent

Also if you have a problem and manage to fix it, please specify how you did that. There might be people struggling like you on the same issue, and giving them the solution will help them.

Did you get any errors? Check your server's console, not your csgo console.

Can't recommend an host, I'm using a basic linux server with nothing preinstalled. Anyways, the host shouldn't matter.
