I ran the program as administrator. Then I started downloading the playlist but there is no sound in the videos.

Oopss! My problem is solved. There was sound when I used VLC. Why is there no sound from the Windows application?

The default windows media player does not support the audio codec that YouTube is using, which is opus. Not all videos use opus, so there might be some videos that the windows media player will be able to handle
