Installation path with a space #966

Describe the bug
When full path of .app has a space, install scripts can't copy proxy_helper and ssl-local then Shadowsock won't work

To Reproduce
Rename .app to "Shadowsock Space.app"

System and Shadowsocksx-NG version: (please complete the following information):

OS Version: any
Version 1.8.2

Solution
Fix all install.sh scripts to this

-cd `dirname "${BASH_SOURCE[0]}"`
+cd "$(dirname "${BASH_SOURCE[0]}")"
