Rename files to avoid namespace collisions #6

Github wiki has a flat namespace, so we can't have Irssi/Irc/Server and Irssi/Server, since both are just [[server]].

Come up with some sensible prefix (Ewww, smells like hungarian notation) format, and apply it consistently across all classes.

Also make sure links are updated.
