example-rounding-1
If you are using the fancy curved tooth style the generated image currently does not curve the teeth on either side of that area. However it's very easy. If you have generated the Text Legend (by clicking the check box) you should see near the bottom Tooth Rounding Radius which is what can be used with QCAD's rounding command (RN). When you select the rounding command (RN keystroke) you will see a prompt in the upper toolbar for a radius. Use the Tooth rounding Radius as that value. You may have to remove a few of the digits from the number as the entry may not like all of them. For example -

Tooth Rounding Radius : 0.19840775348828485

You should enter something like : 0.19840775

Note : It's important to use the Tooth Rounding Radius if you want to have all the teeth match. This can also slightly affect wheel balancing if not done (Very slightly).
