t stream gets stuck on connection loss

After running "t stream timeline" for a few hours, it doesn't output any new tweets. I think it does not discover loss of connectivity. t should check if the connection is still active or try to reconnect.

I recently started using `t' and also noticed this issue. The connection to the Twitter server was still there, as shown by 'netstat', but it seemed to have gone silent, with 'tcpdump' showing no traffic on it at all.
