One approach would be to add some frontmatter to a markdown doc in each project repo that specifies the schedule for project meetings. The advantage is easy collection and processing of all the meetings. The disadvantage is slightly awkward editing, and more friction for making one-off changes, like shifting the day due to a holiday.
Another would be to use a shared Google calendar, and probably add the Slack app to make it easy to make changes and updates from within the project channel. The downside would be more complexity in pulling all the events via the Google API.
Or maybe just a page that lists when different project teams meet during the week and how?
