Issue Summary

the package @sendgrid/eventwebhook has a dependency on @starkbank/ecdsa, but it was deprecated and moved to starkbank-ecdsa

the old package was left at 0.0.3, the new package is already on 1.1.1 (starkbank/ecdsa-node#6)
