Description

Subgroups are not sorted by Sort Key Field on the Subgroups listing and also on the sample add

Reproduction guide

Add Subgroups with sort keys
http://localhost:8080/testit/setup/subgroups/

Observed behaviour

Sub groups are not sorted by sort key and are sorted by title

Expected behaviour

Sub groups to be sorted with sork key
