Description

The goal is do to normative modeling of the spinal cord following this educational from OHBM: https://github.com/predictive-clinical-neuroscience/NM_educational_OHBM24

This could then be used to see how a patient differ from a standard population, like for DCM or MS for example.

For that, we need datasets of healthy controls, the spine-generic will be used, but we will need more subjects.

Datasets of healthy volunteers

  • Whole spine T2w (58) (✅ age, ✅ sex ,✅ height, ✅ weight)
  • UKB (~1k) T1w --> but T1w and only upper cervical
  • Canproco: 52 HC (✅ age, ✅ sex , ❌ height, ❌ weight)
  • Philadelphia (~80) (pediatric)(✅ age, ✅ sex , ❌ height, ❌ weight)
  • SCT testing large (360 HC )(✅ age, ✅ sex , ❌ height, ❌ weight), maybe not all T2w
