Description

The source data of sci-zurich dataset contains two axial images. These two images have been stitched into a single image during the BIDSification. Details here, command here.

This issue lists subjects with imperfect stitching.

Subjects

sub-796358 - there is a large angle between the two axial images --> the stitching thus takes only a few slicing from the bottom image --> the spinal cord compression is not covered by the stitched image.
