  1. Items recently shared with Jessica are showing up in the "recent items" display.
  2. The "Last modified" dates on these are also blank.

Diagnosis: the items were stripped of their "last modified" date by the (front end) batch edit form.

Furthermore, items with a blank "last modified" date are being added to the "recent items" rotation, which they definitely shouldn't.
