Show users in admin team list

Detailed Description

The information in the Admin > Teams list is rather simple. It would be nice to at least show all the users per team for reference. Perhaps as a little secondary, expandable row, e.g. https://4x.ant.design/components/table/#components-table-demo-expand

Context

Especially for larger organizations with many teams this should help organize them better or at least understand the team structures. We already have the inverse of this feature, i.e. the users has all the teams but that is also not filterable.

• Specific to long-running jobs (set jobsEnabled=true in application.conf)
