Reduce gaps in default layout by using window dimensions in definition #3298

The default layout could be "calculated" by using the window dimensions.

Example:

Window is 1000 x 100 --> viewport height will be 50px -> viewport width should be 50px --> viewport width should be 50 / 1000 = 5%
