Kind of lonely in here...

@whit537 @dmtroyer @sdanko11 @cameronscott137 @timothyfcook @chelseaerdner don't forget to submit your standup!

(btw, that gif is from Arrested Development... one of the greatest tv comedies of all time in my opinion... would recommend :) )

Agreed! Sorry @MatthewVita ...the new human I'm managing has been taking up a lot of my free time the last few weeks here. But he's real cute so it's OK.

I've mostly just been coordinating with @whit537 IRL at the Sprout Fund office. I'm hoping to catch up on development over the holidays when I'm not working my real job.

More soon!

  • user registration. User registration #365. Overcame silly issues that were blocking me on Friday! Yay!
  • some code reviews, merges, etc.

this week:

  • wrap up user registration very soon.
  • password reset.

blockers:

  • I had some trouble with devise_token_auth accepting nested attributes. Got it to work.

tea or coffee:

  • Both!
    • Coffee
      • Sometimes decaf*.
    • Tea
      • Black with milk & sugar.
      • Herbal.

@whit537 where do you want to meet on Friday?

@dmtroyer note that I would like to "catch up with dmtroyer on overall remaining dashboard work" as per my standup.

Two questions:

  1. Are your branches in a state that can be merged into master?
  2. I figured I'd do the password reset after the merge. Cool?

Yay! :-)

@dmtroyer I need to back out of meeting on Friday, sorry. :-( I'm down here in Charlottesville starting a new gig (working on https://github.com/CenterForOpenScience/osf.io), and it's going well enough (and is a long enough drive) that I am going to stay an extra day. (I believe this is your old neck of the woods, ya? EMU in Harrisonburg?)

No, hopefully by the eow, I will let you know.

  1. I figured I'd do the password reset after the merge. Cool?

Absolutely! I'll probably pick up with @whit537's pathways work or something else on the dashboard.

I believe this is your old neck of the woods, ya? EMU in Harrisonburg?

Yes sir!

That'd be awesome, thanks @dmtroyer.

Okay, just a quick update:

  • Going to try and complete Forget Password/Reset in the next couple of days.
  • Just finished up @dmtroyer's code review on registration... yay!
  • Am thinking Angular Dashboard: Manage Topics #288 is a good place to start now that Angular is integrated

I'm dusting off #380, on the way back to #377.

Nice! :-)

Alright, I've rebased #380, #364, and #377 to account for the latest master.

Okay, done for the week. #380 is ready for review, and we've got a plan for #364 (#377, #384, #385).

@dmtroyer If you can fix up the routes on #377, I can carry those Rails-side changes through on #384 and #385 as needed when I get back to them.
