lower_camelcase and fields with capitals as the first letter

Hi Guys

It's not an issue, I'm just looking for opinion

Im' forking off the gem to remove the lower_camelcase on the keys, as we're talking to a biztalk soap1.1 service and the dev team who run it have created field names like so

FName

I've asked them to rename the fields to only use lowercase elements, as that what I do as a matter of course, but they are unwilling to do this as it would require some work on their behalf.

Why do you lower_camelcase the key values? I don't know anything about SOAP, as you may have guessed :-)
