How use shoutcast source with input.harbor ?

Hello,
I use Liquidsoap 2.1.4 and i set this in my config file

settings.harbor.bind_addrs.set(["0.0.0.0"])
live = input.harbor("live_shoutcast", port=9000, password="my_password")

when connect by edcast DSP with winamp as icecast2 its connected properly

but if i used Shoutcast source DSP with winamp I can not connect
I use this info with Shoutcast source DSP :
server address: my_server_IP
port: 9000
Stream ID: 1
DJ / User ID: live_shoutcast
password: my_password

There any missing configuration ..etc ?
