When using MITM cne can either

generate certificate manually
get the CA certificate from API

Generating the cert is not always easy - lack of tools i.e. windows, and getting it from the API needs to be repeated after every proxy restart.

It would be very beneficial if we had the ability to easily generate CA cert and key files and save them on disk.
