Hi all,
I am running differential expression analysis on pseudobulked data following the vignette (https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/de_vignette.html). Please could anyone advise on what parameters are used by the DESeq2 wrapper and how it supports (pseudobulked) single-cell data.
