I am following the multiome tutorial, https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/weighted_nearest_neighbor_analysis, and I'm wondering how to export peaks associated with specific clusters. I have seurat_clusters and celltype defined, but I am unsure how to export corresponding peaks for these clusters. thanks
