Podのログ取得で対象のコンテナが切り替わるときにログが取得できない問題がある #113

原因：

Podのコンテナ―の状態を取得する際にRwLockでラップしたPod構造体をreadしていたが、ライフタイムが長くデッドロックが起こることがあった
