The given issues apply to the context menu in the Package-Explorer view.

Issue 1: You can select any file (context menu is enabled). The wizard does not select anything.
Issue 2: Even if you select a folder the wizard does not contain the preselection.

Using the context menu to share a project however works. The project is preselected in the wizard
