IGAPP-120: Add Intro Slide for News Feature

An intro slide should be added for the news feature in order to ask for permissions for the push notifications on iOS. It should be added as last slide before the settings.

Ask <_{jacqueline.fuchs> or <}max.ammann> for a intro slide image
