IGAPP-360: react-hot-loader showing errors and warnings

react-hot-loader shows two errors on webnext:

React-Hot-Loader: misconfiguration detected, using production version in non-production environment.

and

React-Hot-Loader: Hot Module Replacement is not enabled.

Investigate and fix these issues, maybe: gaearon/react-hot-loader#1333

react-hot-loader shows a warning on localhost:

React-Hot-Loader: react-<fire>-dom patch is not detected. React 16.6+ features may not work.
