TypeError: config.plugins.map is not a function

Running into this error after cloning the repo and installing dependancies and running pnpm run dev:

TypeError: config.plugins.map is not a function

Edit: seems like pnpm is not working with this project

I've encountered the same issue using yarn. Any insights or steps you took to fix it would be greatly appreciated!
