Add category to goal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Users do not have a way to categorize goals. This is fine for newer users with fewer goals, but as users create more goals, especially long term goals, it can become challenging to manage.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a field the goal create and edit forms. The field could be a text field with a dropdown, where users can choose or create a category for the goal. The field should preselect a default category, while giving the user the option to choose a different one. If the user creates a new category, it should show up in the dropdown for all future goal create/edits.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Alternatively, offer the user a handful of predefined categories that they can choose from. This reduces the amount of work required to implement this fairly significantly.

Additional context

• One solution might be to implement the alternative, then build on top of it to offer the custom categories at a later date.
