1.10.2 and below won't run Rpcss service and Dcomlaunch on latest Windows 10 Pro x64

Describe what you noticed and did

1.) exported as portable last night (no restart after exportation);
2.) run sandman.exe for the first time and it created the services;
3.) created new sandbox profile;
4.) tried to run a program last night and it didn't work!

Update:

After installing 1.10.2, errors popped up when trying to sandbox a program.

I'm in the Rpcss/Dcom loop in v1.13.2. SandboxieRpcSs.exe keeps relaunching so there are hundreds of instances. Reinstall/restart didn't help, and the usual "random change of options" also didn't.
Thousands of errors and traditional random config changes®, i've created a new sandbox that worked. I wanted to find out why, i diffed INIs and saw 30 differences. No thanks. Spend way too much time on Sandboxie errors in past.
