depositing embargoed work with PDFs gives Valkyire::Persistence::StaleObjectError in sirenia

Descriptive summary

In Sirenia, depositing an embargoed work with a PDF generates a staleobjecterror.

Steps to reproduce the behavior in User Interface (UI)

Note: I have only been able to get this error to appear consistently in Firefox and only when the PDF is set as the representative media/thumbnail

1. As a non-admin user go to Dashboard -> Works -> Add New Work
2. fill out the required fields
3. Click on the Files tab and select 3 files, at least one of which must be a PDF. The PDF must appear first on the Files tab to be selected as the representative media
4. in the Visibility menu, select Embargo and click Save
5. Observe error message
