Feature request: extended support of like option

In postgres there is a special option like used in table creating flow for copying existing tables. Currently node-pg-migrate supports only basic usage of this feature, i.e. simple copying of columns. It would be really lovely to have a way to specify like_options as well, such as INCLUDING ... (pls see the reference at https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-createtable.html).
